Challenges
Chatkazz came to us at the end of 2021 when their old website and management tool turned out to be a problem rather than a solution for them, as it lacked the reporting functionality, user-friendly interface, and communication features they required to scale. We realised we needed to come up with a new solution that would meet their web development requirements. They realised they had found a solution that worked for them and their increasing workforce when they joined us near the end of 2021.
Solution
Our web design team concentrated on two key aims when redesigning the Chatkazz website to make it an interactive website in Cake PHP programming language: a design that would offer Chatkazz products the WOW factor they need to stand out from the competition and bring attention to the primary call-to-actions (CTAs). With bold, high contrast colours and photos, the new design turned out to be quite aesthetically appealing. Our team also needed to make significant changes to the appearance and organisation of content on the product detail pages, such as menu items, franchises, and other options. We also included a clever Whatsapp chatbot to communicate with clients and quickly respond to their questions or requests.
